How does this automation work?

Whenever someone calls you and gets voicemail, a busy signal or no answer this automation will send them a text message immediately. You will get a notification at the same time so you can see if you wish to reply to the caller.

What number do people call to trigger this automation?

We can set this up in one of two ways. We can have your existing number forwarded to our new number if a call is not answered and the automation will automatically send out a text. Alternatively, you can share the new number we register for you with your customers and they can call that number directly. This would mean updating your phone number on your website, social media, Google My Business, citations, etc.

How long does it take to set this up?

Registration of a US phone number can take between 2 and 7 days. Having your existing phone number forwarded to the new number shouldn't take more than a day. Usually, we have this whole automation set up within a week.

Will this work if I use a mobile as my business number?

Yes! And it makes things so much easier. You can have your mobile number forward to the new number if a call isn't answered.

Is my information safe?

Absolutely. All of your data is stored in our SSL-encripted database and only you will have access to it. We can also delete your data after this automation runs but you will probably want to maintain access to your universal inbox as it is such a convenient tool. Totally up to you.
