How does this automation work?
An existing customer or prospect taps a button on your website or in an ad, or completes a form, or sends you a DM through social media wanting to book an appointment with you. They agree to speak with your Booking Bot which intelligently asks them the questions you require answered and it records the conversation in your universal inbox. If the prospect is qualified, the Booking Bot will attempt to schedule them into your calendar. If your calendar is not hosted with us or we can't integrate your calendar, it will send a link to your calendar.
Can this automation be integrated with any of your other automations?
Yes. Any of them. A great use case is to integrate a Booking Bot with your Call Capture automation so when someone replies to the text they receive, the Booking Bot will take over and book qualified prospects into your calendar. In this manner, someone can go from not getting a call answered (and probably going to your competition) to booking an appointment with you.

Great question. These conversations could take place on your site or through text messaging. It depends on how the visitor found your bot. Is my information safe?
Absolutely. All of your data is stored in our SSL-encripted database and only you will have access to it. We can also delete your data after this automation runs but you will probably want to maintain access to your universal inbox as it is such a convenient tool. Totally up to you.
