The primary purpose of this blog is to provide quality marketing ideas for small business owners.  Finding and keeping new customers is and always has been a challenge for nearly all small businesses and this blog is my attempt at providing solutions that can work regardless of the type of business you own or your marketing budget.

A secondary purpose of this blog is to allow potential partners, employers and friends to get to know me on a more personal note.  You’ll notice that I share a number of photo albums and stories that have little or nothing to do with marketing.

Finally, I originally didn’t plan this but this blog has become a testament to my own search engine optimization skills and strategies.  As I’ve added more content and applied my own strategies to this blog it has risen very rapidly in the search engines.  To see where this site ranks on Google now, please click here.   Depending on the country you’re in, this blog usually ranks #1 for my main search term, “website seo services” and #2 for the more competitive “seo services”.  Click here to see live results for “seo services”.
