Freaky Picture for the Great White North

This is a scene that looks like it has been created in Photoshop but apparently it isn’t. It is a sunset at the north pole when the moon is at its nearest point to the Earth. Very cool.

I’m putting this on my list of things I want to see.

Inspirational Discovery Channel Ad

I was trying to explain this commercial over the holidays but nobody else seems to have seen it. Good ol’ YouTube comes through again.

It is an ad for the Discovery Channel. I think it sends a great message as we all head into 2009. Happy New Year!

The Value of Pay per Click Marketing

Traditionally, I’ve been against pay per click (PPC) marketing as a means of traffic generation simply because it is a nuisance to set up and as soon as you stop paying the traffic stops. In other words it must be maintained and it isn’t as “leverageable” as other forms of marketing… if leverageable is a word, that is.
