Golden Advice for Information Junkies

It is no secret that we’re living in the information age and we’re bombarded with data everywhere we turn. Good news-bad news, funny and sad stuff, TV, radio, videos, audios, blog posts, press releases – the list goes on and on.

Some people may think that all of this is good but the fact is that it is a distraction. I am an information junkie. I admit it. More specifically, I’m a marketing information junkie. I subscribe to newsletter lists, blog feeds, even offline mailing lists just to see what everyone is doing.

How to Make Money with Social Networking Sites

I often go on about Web 2.0 and how we should all be using social networking sites to help us promote ourselves or the products and/or services we’re selling.

I was even planning on making a video about this very topic but lo and behold, Perry beat me to it and he did such a great job, I’m passing it on to you.

This is a very clear explanation of the right way to use social media to generate buzz. Great stuff.
